Stephen McKay will discuss the One Mind Dog system.
Part 1 takes place from 8-11 a.m. and will cover One Mind Dog-inspired, international-style handling, according to organizers.
Each covered turn will be broken down into the seven handling elements: Movement, position, eyes, chest, feet, arms and verbals, organizers said.
Part 2 is schedule from noon until 3 p.m. and covers coursework. Handlers will analyze sequences, discuss options for cueing the best line and practice handling techniques, organizers said. Teams will obtain a better understanding of how to handle and execute challenging courses, organizers added.
The cost is $85 per session. Those who sign up for both will receive a discounted price of $160.
